Bài viết tiếp cận khái niệm “cơ sở thuộc diện quản lý về phòng cháy, chữa cháy” trong pháp luật Việt Nam. Phân tích bản chất pháp lý, so sánh với cách tiếp cận trong pháp luật phòng cháy, chữa cháy của một số nước phát triển, từ đó đề xuất hướng hoàn thiện pháp luật về phòng cháy, chữa cháy (PCCC) ở nước ta hiện nay.

Abstract:

This article examines the concept of "facilities subject to fire prevention and fighting management" in Vietnamese law. It analyzes the legal nature of these facilities, compares them with the approaches in fire prevention and fighting laws of some developed countries, and proposes guidelines to improve Vietnam’s current legal framework for fire prevention and fighting.
